Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery ribs, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup mini gnocchi
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 8 ounces hot-smoked salmon
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • fresh dill, parsley and lemon

Instructions

  2. Step 2.Soften onion, carrot and celery in the rendered fat.
  3. Step 3.Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.
