Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 3 cups fish stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces white fish, cubed
  • 8 ounces shrimp, peeled
  • 8 ounces scallops
  • fresh parsley
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1.Melt butter in a heavy pot over medium heat.
  2. Step 2.Cook onion and celery until softened.
